GAP! programming is based off of critical research done around today’s most successful women from many walks of life. Research shows that thriving women possess three characteristics that allow her to become a ninja in her life endeavors: competence, confidence, and community connectedness. Meetings are designed for active community experience to enhance these characteristics.
In a world where social media extends the pressure to be perfect in every aspect of her life, all hours of the day, things can get a little out of hand.
Thrive is here to help! Group discussions and peer mentor meetings will explore the power of emotional intelligence in relationships. We’ll practice how to turn conflict (the “C” word!) into positive change. We’ll discuss eating disorders, the gender wage gap, misrepresentation of women in just about everything, and a sense of agency for a vision that is guided by women thinking, acting, and leading like women.
